Responsibilities - Evaluating each patient that is specific to age, illness, injury, and/or disease.
- TIMELY preparing a written plan of care based on evaluation findings.
- Supervising the implementation of each plan of care, and coordinating treatment with support staff.
- Tracking established clinic metrics for both therapist and administrative staff.
- Being a proactive member of our team bringing proposed solutions to any problems that may arise.
- Helping foster a professional environment that is friendly and welcoming to everyone.
- Displaying a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure each patient's satisfaction.
- Abide by all policies and procedures at Pure PT & Pilates
Qualifications- Proven working experience as a Physical Therapist
- Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
- Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
- Ability to communicate and instruct effectively
- Healthcare administration and documentation skills
- License to practice or relevant certification
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Licensed Physical Therapy
- Manual therapy certification (or in process of completion)
Compensation: $108,567.93 per year
