Full Job Description
As the Divisional Sales Director, you'll lead our sales team within the Milwaukee division and in tandem be responsible for revenue growth, client retention, and profitability for the division. This role manages and owns business development initiatives which include existing client account development to additional units, as well as the acquisition of new clients to Derse offerings. This position is crucial to long term success both for Derse and our clients. Read through and apply if this sounds like the opportunity for you ! Divisional Sales Director Responsibilities • Advance opportunities with existing clients and proactively manage AE/AD's to pursue new business opportunities. • Provide proper management of teams, understanding AE/AD's direct responsibilities, and offering assistance when needed. • Monitor account teams to ensure industry leading client communication, use of organizational tools, and onsite execution. • Manage and monitor all AE/AD's to ensure they are using CRM and are current in account updates in CRM. • Ensure all Derse staff and client contacts under their areas of management understand all Derse products and services. • Hold monthly and quarterly sales meeting with staff to discuss challenges, develop and discuss initiatives, and ensure goals are met. • Confirm annual pricing increases for clients are administered timely, including storage rate increases. • Develop annual sales plan for each year with each AE/AD, ensuring accountability to execution of the plan and driving new business. • Produce annual sales forecast for AE/AD's, while managing staffing levels for each AE/AD reflect accurately. • Manage each AE/AD's performance, pipeline, prospecting, penetrating, and projects to ensure thorough leadership and guidance. • In conjunction with corporate sales and marketing, manage the various client presentation needs for existing or new business. • Work with corporate sales to transition new business into divisional AE/AD group with proper capacity and management. • Identify and plan transition plans for upcoming planned turnover (retirements, promotions, etc) and unforeseen account vacancy. • Outline team member career growth plan desires and take lead in identifying future sales leads within account management talent. • Take lead in training new account team members (senior to entry talent), and ensure current staff complete annual training reviews. • Actively engage with top-spend clients by building executive relationships, following process and criteria as established by Derse. • Manage down payment adherence, billing oversight, and address challenges to provide excellent service.
