Core Functions:- Develop and execute a divisional sales strategy aligned with company goals and resources.
- Lead and coach sales staff to achieve established sales targets, quotas, and customer objectives.
- Meet regularly with key clients to maintain relationships, assist with negotiations, and close strategic deals.
- Implement company-wide initiatives such as CRM adoption, sales training, and process improvements.
- Oversee staffing, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team capability and succession readiness.
- Maintain a four-month sales forecast and collaborate with operations to ensure adequate inventory and production alignment.
- Analyze divisional expenditures and control costs within budgetary parameters.
- Ensure team compliance with internal SOPs, policies, and ethical standards.
Performs other duties and activities related to the department as necessary to support overall operations and responsibilities, even if not specifically listed above.

Supervisory Responsibilities:This position includes supervisory responsibilities. The employee is responsible for providing leadership, direction, and guidance to assigned staff to ensure departmental goals and objectives are achieved. Responsibilities include hiring, training, coaching, evaluating performance, approving time off, and administering disciplinary action in alignment with company policies and procedures. The supervisor is expected to foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports employee development and upholds company values.
Education & Experience: Minimum Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 3 years of sales experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- 1 year of experience managing project timelines and resourcing.
- 3 years of experience managing and using CRM systems.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Proven success developing and executing strategic sales growth plans.
- Experience with ERP systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
Physical Demands & Work Environment: Work is performed in both office and manufacturing environments. This role will routinely utilize standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printers, to perform core functions, and will also interact with production areas, equipment, or machinery when visiting operational sites. The work requires a combination of sedentary and active tasks, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, driving, and occasional lifting of materials or tools weighing up to 50 pounds.
This role involves working in environments that may be loud, non-temperature-controlled and exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Employees frequently interact with machinery, moving objects, and vehicles. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required by site policy when in designated production or operational areas.
Key Physical Requirements:- Regular activities: standing, walking, talking, hearing, driving, and performing tasks requiring fine motor skills (e.g., reaching, pushing, pulling, grasping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, bending)
