A Day in the LifeThe Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) organization supports technologies and services across the patient care continuum, including cardiac device implants and follow-up care. The District Service Manager leads the CRM Service Team, ensuring clinical service coverage, technical expertise, and alignment with implant and revenue goals across the PA/WNY area.
The District Service Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of CRM Clinical Specialists while driving service strategy, operational efficiency, and execution across the district. This leader partners with sales, regional, district, and other key stakeholders to align clinical resources with customer needs and business priorities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the CRM Service Team to deliver clinical service, technical expertise, and support for implant and revenue goals.
- Coach and develop direct reports through performance management, goal setting, development planning, and ongoing feedback.
- Recruit and hire CRM Clinical Specialists while building a diverse pipeline of talent for future opportunities.
- Execute CRM service strategies, programs, technology solutions, and key initiatives across the district.
- Drive service optimization, operational efficiency, and implementation of new service models.
- Partner with sales and key stakeholders to execute strategies supporting service-related business objectives.
- Align clinical resources with regional and district leadership based on business priorities and service demand.
- Manage inventory, expenses, and assets to support efficient service delivery and Customer Focused Quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years of clinical management experience.
- 2+ years of Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP) service leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Medtronic experience in a role interacting with a field organization.
- Knowledge of the local cardiac customer base and CRM service coverage requirements for implants and follow-up care.
- Experience in medical device sales, marketing, training, healthcare, or technical services.
- Training or experience in Lean Sigma principles.
- Demonstrated business acumen, strategic execution, and experience coaching and developing employees.
For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. a7 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$135,000.00- $150,000.00
The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
