Full Job Description
We9re looking for a District Manager to lead one of our San Francisco districts - someone who leads from the front, develops great people, and drives results without ever losing sight of what makes JOE, JOE.
What You9ll Do
3 Lead a team of up to 8-10 Store Managers to deliver outstanding guest experiences and hit growth targets across your district.
3 Ensure every store upholds the Joe & the Juice brand - the energy, the standards, and the guest-first culture that keeps people coming back.
3 Translate company strategy into day-to-day execution through consistent coaching, honest feedback, and hands-on leadership.
3 Own the P&L for your district - overseeing planning, performance analysis, and cost management to hit sales and EBITDA targets.
3 Build the next generation of JOE leaders by developing internal talent and attracting high-potential candidates from outside the company.
3 Execute new company programs and initiatives in the field with energy and accountability.
3 Partner with fellow District Managers to drive consistency, share learnings, and raise the bar across markets.
3 Maintain safe, healthy, and compliant store environments across all locations.
What You Bring
3 Minimum 5-8 years of multi-unit leadership experience in food & beverage - this is a requirement
3 A hands-on leadership style - you lead by example, not from behind a desk
3 Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and hold teams accountable
3 Sharp analytical skills to read the numbers, spot trends, and make smart operational decisions
3 A proven track record of improving performance across multiple locations
