Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to set annual utilization goals.
• Ensure that project scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
• Drive improvements in project KPIs and adopt best practices.
• Manage invoicing and finances for projects in the group.
• Develop and implement training plans for team members.
