This role is hybrid and must be in commutable distance to our office in Bethesda, Maryland or Buffalo, NY As the Director, TDDI Noram Supply AI, you will shape the strategy and growth of AI-powered products that improve business performance across North America Supply. Working at the intersection of business, data, and technology, you will drive innovation and deliver scalable solutions that create measurable operational and financial impact. Accountable for managing people, setting direction and deploying resources; typically is responsible for performance evaluation, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions. Results are primarily achieved through the work of others and typically depend on the manager's ability to influence and negotiate with parts of the organization. Own and evolve the North America supply AI product vision and roadmap in alignment with North America supply leadership • Lead the strategy, development, and execution of an AI product portfolio that supports North America Supply priorities. • Guide AI Product Managers while fostering collaboration, innovation, and product excellence. • Partner with business, data, and technology leaders to identify high-value AI opportunities and prioritize product investments. • Translate operational needs into scalable AI solutions that improve efficiency, compliance, and decision-making. • Drive product roadmaps from concept through implementation, adoption, and continuous enhancement. • Champion change management initiatives that accelerate AI adoption across the organization. • Measure product performance, communicate business value, and identify opportunities for future innovation. What you'll bring Supply Chain MDM, procurement, and planning experience preferred. Proven track record of delivering impactful, scalable products in complex environments Solid grasp of data and AI ecosystems, architectures, and challenges • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience leading AI, digital, or technology product portfolios within complex enterprise environments. • Knowledge of product management, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and business transformation. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional business, technology, and data teams to deliver enterprise solutions. • Experience leading product managers and driving strategic initiatives from planning through execution. • Communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder engagement that support innovation and measurable business outcomes.
