Director Talent, (Talent Management and Learning)
We are looking for a Director, Talent to lead enterprise strategies that strengthen leadership, develop workforce capabilities, foster employee engagement and support business performance. The Director, Talent will oversee talent management, training & development, as well as organizational effectiveness and employee engagement and listening. Working closely with senior leaders, the Director will translate business priorities and workforce insights into practical programs that build a strong leadership pipeline, bridge skills gaps and prepare employees for future opportunities, and improve organizational performance. The Director will lead a team and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, operations, sales and HR Business Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an integrated talent strategy aligned with BrandSafway's business priorities and workforce needs.
Lead enterprise performance management, talent reviews, succession planning, career development, and leadership development.
Oversee execution of the annual performance management and calibration cycle, ensuring consistent and timely implementation across the business.

Lead the employee engagement and listening strategy, including enterprise surveys, pulse surveys, focus groups, listening sessions, action planning, and organizational health measurement.
