What You'll DoStrategic Business Partnership• Partner with senior technology leaders to understand business priorities, organizational challenges, and workforce needs.
• Provide strategic counsel on talent, leadership, organizational effectiveness, and change management.
• Influence business decisions through data, insights, and practical recommendations.
Workforce & Talent Strategy• Lead workforce planning efforts to ensure the organization has the capabilities needed to achieve current and future business objectives.
• Partner with leaders on succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development strategies.
• Support performance and talent strategies that strengthen organizational capability and readiness.
Organizational Effectiveness• Lead organizational design and change initiatives that enable business outcomes.
• Help leaders navigate growth, transformation, restructuring, and evolving workforce needs.
• Drive efforts that improve team effectiveness, employee engagement, and organizational performance.
Data & Insights• Leverage workforce and organizational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations that support business priorities.
• Measure the impact and effectiveness of people and organizational strategies.
Enterprise Leadership• Lead or contribute to enterprise-wide HR and cross-functional initiatives.
• Share best practices and insights that improve HR partnership across the organization.
• Serve as a role model for collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
What Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you will:
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior technology leaders.
• Influence talent, workforce, and organizational decisions that support business objectives.
• Deliver workforce planning and talent strategies aligned to future capability needs.
• Lead organizational design and change initiatives with measurable business impact.
• Translate workforce data into meaningful insights and action.
• Balance strategic thinking with practical execution to achieve results.
QualificationsRequired• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including partnership with senior leaders.
• Experience in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change leadership.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how people strategies support business outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and navigate complex organizational challenges.
• Strong consulting, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to inform recommendations and decisions.
Preferred• Advanced degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience supporting technology, digital, or transformation-focused organizations.
• Experience leading large-scale organizational change initiatives

Compensation:The target hiring range for this role may vary based on geographic location and other factors, including merit or performance, demonstrated proficiency, skills for the role, education, travel requirements, and experience. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus (which could take the form of a general bonus, sales incentive, or short-term incentive), long-term incentive or spot recognition awards.
