Director,Salary Planning - BEST HR- L'Oréal Corporate - Tampa, FLA Day in the LifeAs the Director of Salary Planning, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the company's headcount and internal personnel costs to ensure operational efficiency and strategic alignment. You will oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, partnering closely with business stakeholders, human resources and finance leaders:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the end-to-end development of headcount and personnel budgeting and trend forecasting, ensuring alignment with organizational P&L objectives. Spearhead comprehensive variance analyses (YTD, actuals vs. trends) to deliver high-impact, data-driven insights that influence strategic decision-making at the leadership level
- Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitate regular meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and headcount planning. Provide actionable insights to management regarding the business implications of headcount related decision making
- Leadership & problem-solving: Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit by taking initiative, driving contributions, and striving to improve performance. Build structured action plans to improve work efficiency and propose solutions to enhance organizational effectiveness

You bring a results-driven mindset, coupled with very good problem-solving skills and a sharp ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions. - Technical proficiency: proficiency in SAP, advanced Excel skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A. Minimum 5 years of experience managing/leading teams. CPA preferred but not required.
