Primary ResponsibilitiesPOSITION PURPOSE:
Drawing on deep expertise in data visualization, the Director, Revenue Analytics will help KeHE drive top- and bottom-line growth by:
- Partnering with Revenue Management and all Commercial functions to understand growth drivers, define predictive KPIs, and enhance visibility into financial outcomes such as sales growth performance, customer margin, pricing impact, and profitability.
- Fostering a best-in-class revenue and sales analytics organization that delivers strategic insights through advanced analytics, regular reporting, and user-friendly Power BI dashboards.
- Streamlining sales and revenue reporting across KeHE’s Commercial organization and broader Business Intelligence community by standardizing metrics, rationalizing reports, improving data, and driving automation.
- Establish an analytical hub for Commercial, establishing a scalable Center of Excellence model that delivers consistent, high-quality insights across all Commercial teams.

Essential FunctionsDUTIES, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead KeHE’s Revenue Analytics and Reporting team, building best-in-class reporting to guide commercial decisions. Foundational revenue analytics include customer profitability, revenue by channel and product, pricing impact, gross-to-net performance, and project and event ROI.
- Partner with Revenue Management and Commercial leaders to understand key value drivers, leading indicators, and business needs; define predictive KPIs, identify reporting gaps, and design dashboards that deliver actionable insights and improve performance.
- Design, establish, and maintain a structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting cadence that consolidates insights from multiple sources into actionable, easy-to-digest summaries aligned to Commercial and Revenue Management priorities.
- Analyze historical performance and trends to build narrative commentary and performance summaries, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with business leaders to validate drivers, pressure-test assumptions, and uncover risks and opportunities.
- Partner with the Commercial Transformation PMO to report on the KPI and financial impact of strategic initiatives, enabling KeHE to monitor ROI and drive continuous improvement across key transformation projects.
- Lead KeHE’s Sales Analytics team, developing suite of analytical tools that inform selling strategies and drive profitable top-line growth. Foundational sales analytics include forecasted performance vs. quota, deal conversion rates, win/loss analysis, customer churn, and customer performance vs. peers.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and the broader Commercial organization to identify and quantify leading indicators of seller success.
- Build a simplified, standard suite of dashboards that provide sellers with key metrics in an easy-to-digest user interface.
- Work cross-functionally (Merchandising, Supply Chain, etc.) to streamline seller-facing dashboards, pulling operational metrics into a consolidated suite of dashboards.
- Analyze historical sales performance, identifying opportunities to change sales strategies to drive improved top-line growth.
- Provide analytical support to the broader Commercial team, performing ad-hoc analysis and building dashboards.
- Lead KeHE’s Commercial Business Intelligence Developer Community (“CBIDC”), bringing together Power BI developers across the commercial organization to share best practices, rationalize reports, standardize metrics, and drive improvements to KeHE’s data. Serve as the single point of accountability for commercial analytics standards and delivery.
- Build a Commercial Power BI development roadmap, identifying the level of effort, business impact, and ROI to effectively deploy Commercial analytics resources against the highest priority projects and opportunities.
- Establish and lead a Commercial Analytics Center of Excellence, defining the operating model, intake process, and service standards that enable the analytics team to scale its impact across an expanding portfolio of Commercial stakeholders.
- Build a scalable team structure, operating model, and talent development framework capable of supporting a rapidly growing analytics function; define roles, career paths, and onboarding processes that maintain quality and culture as the team expands.
- Continuously improve reporting through automation, refined KPI frameworks, and enhanced dashboard usability in Power BI; improve data visualization, layout, and user experience (UX/UI).
- Perform ad hoc analytics to support leadership requests, using data visualizations and written narratives to clearly articulate business opportunities and performance gaps.
- Summarize findings through executive-ready communications, highlighting clear business drivers, strategic implications, and recommended actions. Prepare polished summaries in PowerPoint or Excel using charts, graphs, and insight-driven storytelling to influence decision-making.

Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, AptitudeSKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and translate insights into strategic business actions
- Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), including building dashboards, writing DAX expressions, and implementing row-level security
- Strong technical skills, including experience with SQL, Python, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Big Data) a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready presentations
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills; ability to convey analytical insights to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, operate autonomously, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage confidential or sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and a collaborative, solution-oriented mindset
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
- 10-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Analytics, Sales Analytics, Finance, or Consulting; experience in distribution or CPG a plus
- 5+ years leading and scaling a high-performing analytics team through periods of growth or organizational change
