Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Project Management, or related field.
• MBA preferred for enhanced business acumen.
• PMP certification preferred to demonstrate project management expertise.
• 15+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management.
• 7+ years of experience leading program management teams.
• Experienced in U.S. Navy, maritime, defense, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-site PMO across three locations.
• Establish governance, standards, reporting, and portfolio management processes for the PMO.
• Manage a portfolio of U.S. Navy and maritime programs throughout their lifecycle.
• Capture and translate customer requirements to various operational teams.
• Set clear expectations and ensure accountability within Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
• Act as the executive liaison for strategic customers and key programs.
• Drive initiatives focused on customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and lead-time improvement.
• Promote continuous improvement and enhance PMO maturity.
