About the RoleHippocratic AI is seeking a Director, Product Marketing to own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for enterprise-grade agentic AI. You will translate complex technology into clear business value for healthcare buyers and customers, helping them understand how clinical safety, ambient automation, and workflow orchestration support their goals.
You will connect Product, Sales, and Customer Success around compelling value narratives and coordinated GTM launches. This is a hands-on role for an exceptional writer and technically fluent marketer who uses AI to expand output, mine for insights across a number of tools (like Gong, databases, and dashboards) while maintaining rigorous editorial judgment, subject matter validation, and brand standards.
What You'll DoPositioning and Messaging- Define competitive positioning and core messaging for agentic AI platforms, with clear narratives around clinical safety, automation, and ROI.
- Translate multi-agent systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and deterministic guardrails into value-driven stories for healthcare decision-makers.
- Build and maintain buyer and user personas spanning CMOs, CIOs, COOs, clinical teams, and administrative teams. Refresh those personas using live customer calls, CRM insights, and win/loss findings.
Go-to-Market Strategy and Launches- Lead end-to-end launches for new agentic modules, features, and platform updates, aligning Product, Sales, and Customer Success on messaging, readiness, enablement, training, and execution.
- Produce white papers, case studies, ROI calculators, clinical validation summaries, and interactive product videos.
- Build content workflows that combine AI-assisted drafting with subject matter expert validation, editorial review, and brand governance.
Sales Enablement, Customer Success and Market Intelligence- Equip enterprise sales and technical field teams with pitch decks, competitive intelligence, video demos, and objection-handling resources for complex sales cycles.
- Enables customer success teams to help customers understand the value of their current products as well as new releases to help nurture adoption.
- Monitor the healthcare AI landscape and market dynamics, including foundation models, point solutions, and established vendors. Use research agents to turn emerging developments into actionable insights within days.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to ensure messaging accurately represents HIPAA requirements, SOC 2 controls, clinical claims, and algorithmic safety standards.
- Use feedback from customer conversations and field teams to continually improve positioning, content, and enablement.
LocationThis is a Menlo Park-based role expected to be in office five days a week to support fast collaboration and alignment across cross-functional teams.
What You'll BringRequired- 8+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, including 3+ years marketing AI or clinical platforms to health system, payor, or life sciences buyers.
- Fluency in agentic AI architecture, including multi-agent systems, RAG, guardrails, and evaluations, with the ability to explain these concepts independently and accurately.
- Hands-on experience using AI to scale marketing output, with concrete examples of the prompts, agents, and quality assurance processes behind your work.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including the judgment to recognize when human insight and narrative should override model-generated output.
- Experience marketing under HIPAA requirements, SOC 2 frameworks, and clinical-claims review processes.
- The ability to align cross-functional partners and turn technical capabilities into compelling positioning, launch plans, and sales resources.
- Analytically minded: leveraging data to ensure internal teams are effectively leveraging product marketing assets, joining trainings, and accurately portraying the value of Hippocratic AI's value to customers and the market.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, minimum of 4 years experience.
