We believe our portfolio of businesses and investments in growth and transformation will result in a company with the scale, brand, capabilities, talent, and values to succeed as the digital revolution transforms our society and our industry.
About the Role
A Director of AI Enablement Product Management is a strategic hands-on product leader who will fundamentally rethink how the eData product organization - and ultimately Capital One - works with AI. You will act as the tip of the spear in driving enterprise-wide adoption of AI workflows, transforming our operations at every level: the tools we build, the processes we follow, and the mechanisms we use to measure success.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is thoroughly AI-native and has already experimented with being AI-Native at scale. You don't just strategize about AI; you are at the absolute forefront of using these tools yourself to multiply your own output, transform your daily workflows, and ship products faster. You know what "good" looks like for an AI-augmented product lifecycle because you live it. You have a builder’s mindset and the strategic vision to scale that personal productivity superpower across a massive enterprise organization—transforming the tools we build, the processes we follow, and the mechanisms we use to measure success.
