We're seeking a future team member for the role of Director, POM Product Management to join our Enterprise Transformation team. This role is located in New York, NY or Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

• Direct the overall product strategy for the organization.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance product strategy, delivery, and user experience.
• Use subject matter expertise, experience and thought leadership to influence and direct the product management team, key stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure product strategy alignment with company goals.
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for product initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
• 10-12+ years of demonstrated ability in product development and delivery with proven track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product roadmap.
• Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred.
• A balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record in launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams, and/or working cross functionally with multiple stakeholders and product development teams.
• People leadership experience managing and leading a product management team.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
