Full Job Description
Establish and lead the WI Operations PMO for Americas, providing integrated governance, prioritization, planning, and execution discipline across strategic initiatives.
Own the operating cadence for the portfolio, including charters, integrated plans, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and executive-level reporting.
Serve as the WI Operations PMO lead for regional network activities, coordinating the operations sub-streams while assuring uninterrupted operations activities, clear ownership, timely escalation, and benefits realization.
Lead and coordinate Treatment 80/20 Product Line Simplification activities in Operations, translating portfolio and customer segmentation insights into executable Operations priorities, complexity-reduction actions, and measurable value-creation plans.
Support new product development programs by driving Operations readiness, capacity and capability assessment, make/buy alignment, launch risk management, and manufacturing ramp-up plans.
Facilitate VAVE pipelines and execution with Engineering, Product Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, and site Operations to deliver product cost, quality, lead-time, and complexity improvements.
Create transparent portfolio dashboards and KPIs covering schedule, cost, benefits, resource capacity, operational readiness, integration progress, and business impact.
Identify cross-project conflicts and constraints, facilitate fact-based decisions, and escalate critical risks or trade-offs to the appropriate leadership forums.
Standardize PMO tools, templates, governance, and best practices while maintaining the flexibility required for different sites, acquisitions, and program types.
Build strong relationships with site leaders and global/regional functional teams, ensuring alignment between business strategy and site-level execution.
Act initially as a senior individual contributor, leading through influence and cross-functional teams; build the capability to manage direct reports as the portfolio and organization evolve.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across all assigned programs.
Up to 50% domestic travel.
The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
