Job Summary:The Director of Pharmacy provides strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of the hospital pharmacy, including inpatient and outpatient services, sterile compounding, infusion/chemotherapy, clinical pharmacy programs, medication safety, and 340B Drug Pricing Program. This role ensures safe, effective, and cost-effective medication use across the hospital while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The director collaborates with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership to optimize medication management, support quality outcomes, and advance pharmacy practices.Minimum Qualifications:- Education: N/A
- Experience Preferred: Five (5) years' experience as a hospital pharmacist. Two (2) years of supervisory/ management experience
- License(s): Current State of Alaska Pharmacist License
- Certification(s) Preferred: Board certification in pharmacotherapy or oncology
