Position Overview
This role will be based in Denver, CO.
The Director, People & Culture, Global is a pivotal leader within the redesigned People & Culture ("P&C") team, helping Vantage scale its talent strategies alongside rapid business growth. This role partners closely with the VP, People & Culture, Global, executive leadership, and regional teams to align P&C strategies with business objectives while creating a positive, high-performing workplace. The Director provides both strategic direction and operational leadership, balancing immediate needs with long-term priorities. This leader will be working alongside by a Global People & Culture team, including Generalists and Coordinators; that brings both systems thinking and executional excellence to ensure scalable, consistent, and people-centered processes.
Essential Job Functions
Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development and talent strategy.
Partner with leaders to anticipate business needs and develop strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional P&C initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and successful execution through strong project management practices.
Collaborate with centers of excellence (e.g., Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition) to deliver seamless and impactful P&C solutions.
Liaise with People Team leaders across all 3 regions of Vantage: North America, EMEA and APAC. Build and foster consistent systems and communications across the global people functions.
Use a systems-thinking approach to identify root causes of organizational challenges and recommend sustainable solutions that advance both immediate and long-term priorities.
Champion organizational culture, inclusion, and employee experience at every level of the business.
Influence senior leaders with data-driven insights and thoughtful recommendations to guide decision-making.
Drive consistency and alignment across people practices, ensuring People & Culture initiatives reinforce company values and strategic objectives.

Job Requirements
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in an HRBP or senior advisory role.
Proven experience partnering with executives and senior leadership teams.
Strong project management skills with demonstrated success leading coordinated, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Exceptional ability to balance tactical execution with strategic planning.
Skilled in change management, organizational development, and building leadership capability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills.
Agile, resourceful, and comfortable leading in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
As this role is Global, the employee may need to flex hours in the earlier morning and later evening on occasion to accommodate partners in EMEA and APAC.
Travel required is expected to be up to 25%, but may increase as the business evolves

Additional Details
Salary Range: $170,000 - $180,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations)

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including your qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
