KPMG is currentlyseeking an Director Opportunity & Engagement Setup (OES) Leader to join ourAdvisory Operations organization.
Responsibilities:
Advise the OES team on key leadership decisions and initiatives, and implement best practices that adapt the support model to evolving technologies
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of opportunity-processing systems and processes-including CLEAS/CEAC, SAN, pricing, client investments, and deal reviews-and design enhancements as needs evolve
Partner with Advisory Operations and Advisory Leadership to ensure the OES support model meets the needs of client-facing professionals across Transactional, Investment, and Deal Review Board business and system processes
Coordinate with KJESS Leadership and foster collaboration across the OES team to meet or exceed SLAs, KPIs, and CPIs
Lead, manage and coach direct reports and their counselees, removing barriers so OES colleagues can perform at their best
Manage complex projects or tasks from start to completion and track progress as requested by Advisory Leadership
Qualifications
Minimum of eight years of recent professional services experience, which may include client delivery experience
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders, with the ability to influence decisions and build consensus across diverse stakeholder groups
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and tasks
Strong knowledge of the business processes and systems that support opportunity management, client investments, and deal-shaping activities
Proven ability to work independently, manage complex projects, and lead cross-functional teams comprising participants and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical and communication skills, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
