Overview

Shift: Full Time; Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Join Our Team as the Director of Women & Children's Services!


In this leadership role, you'll provide strategic and operational oversight for our Obstetric and Pediatric service lines, helping drive exceptional patient care, strong clinical outcomes, and continued growth.

You'll lead the development of business, financial, staffing, and operational strategies while overseeing quality, financial performance, and the overall success of Women & Children's Services. Working closely with medical leadership and interdisciplinary teams, you'll identify opportunities to improve clinical outcomes, enhance efficiency, and ensure services meet the needs of our patients, providers, and communities.

The Director also ensures compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while representing Women & Children's Services across the health system and within the communities we serve.

  • Drives business development, innovation, outreach, and growth opportunities for Women & Children's Services.

Qualifications

Education:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Business required

Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of middle or higher-level management experience required
  • Experience in obstetrics, neonatal, pediatrics, and gynecology preferred

License(s)/Certification(s):
  • Current RN license in good standing in Iowa or Illinois required

Skills/Knowledge:
  • Strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, and professionalism required
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities and deadlines required
  • Occasional travel to other UPH facilities may be required
