Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Director of Technology at The C2 Group serves as the senior technical advisor responsible for turning client strategy into a sound technical approach, clear documentation, and high-quality execution. The Director of Technology leads complex technical problem solving and owns the most challenging development tasks, integrations, and technical decisions. This person brings strong experience in the .NET space and understands how to guide teams through architecture, code quality, performance, maintainability, and implementation decisions. Experience with Optimizely is a significant bonus.

This role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience building AI-enabled workflows, writing agents, and applying automation in ways that solve real client problems. This individual is comfortable consulting with clients and internal teams, documenting technical direction, and helping The C2 Group keep pace with innovation without losing sight of quality, supportability, and business value.
