Description The Director of Strategic Growth develops new business in the agencies and lines of effort the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Growth assigns, and leads Hui Huliau's highest-priority pursuits from qualification through award: large competitive bids, contract vehicles and on-ramps, and key recompetes that the EVP of Growth designates as strategic. The Director serves as Capture Manager and, when assigned, Proposal Manager on those pursuits, owns their win strategy and proposal quality, and writes their critical technical and management content.

The Director also sets the company's proposal quality standard and coaches the Growth team. The position is measured on the qualified pipeline in assigned lines of effort, win rate and booked total contract value (TCV) on strategic pursuits, and the quality of the proposals the company submits.
