Full Job Description
Position Title: Director of Standardization

Pay Grade: 17

Reports To: RVP

Salary: 110 - 120K

Other Forms of Compensation: 20% bonus potential

Job Summary

The Director of Standardization will be responsible for identifying and executing strategic initiatives to drive operations excellence in each service line of the business and address specific client requests related to systemwide or division-wide initiatives across the scope of our business. This individual will report to the Regional Vice President with a dotted line to the Senior Director of Standardization (if applicable) or Vice President of Standardization. The overall goals of this position are to find business efficiencies through innovative solutions and execute on large-scale project initiatives to result in client retention. Initiatives will align with overall company and Division strategy, regional metrics, and client-specific needs. This will be accomplished through interaction with clients, operators, and field support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between operations, field support, and clients to align strategy and goals of the business partnership
  • Leverage data analytics to identify strategic initiatives
  • Build rapport and trust with key stakeholders to communicate initiatives
  • Manage project plans (define scope, resources, timeline, metrics of success)
  • Share best practices across the region


Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • PMP and/or Lean Sigma preferred
    • 5 years experience managing large, complex projects
    • Proven ability to define and execute change strategies
    • Proven ability to influence and manage resources without direct reporting relationship
    • Proven ability to address competing priorities with a positive, can-do attitude
    • Proven business analytical capabilities to solve and execute on complex business issues
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills to tailor communication at all levels of the organization
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Travel as needed
