Full Job Description
About You
You're a commercially driven hunter who knows how to build relationships, create opportunities, and close high-value partnerships. You don't wait for inbound; you're already thinking about who Enhanced should be talking to, how to get in the door, and how to turn a first conversation into a lasting commercial relationship. You bring a strong network across brands, agencies, sports, entertainment, or media, and you're comfortable picking up the phone with senior decision-makers.
You also understand the business behind the deal. You can think through structure, economics, ROI, and long-term strategic value, and you're just as willing to get into the details that actually get a partnership signed. You want to build something from the ground up, and a lean, entrepreneurial environment where you own the function is exactly where you do your best work.
What You'll Do
Own and build Enhanced's sponsorship and partnership revenue function for the Enhanced Games.
Build a targeted pipeline of brands, agencies, media companies, and strategic partners.
Develop and execute a proactive outbound sales strategy to generate qualified opportunities.
Leverage your existing network to open doors and create relationships with senior decision-makers.
Develop sponsorship packages, partnership opportunities, pricing, and commercial strategies.
Lead sponsorship and partnership conversations from initial outreach through negotiation and close.
Identify opportunities that go beyond traditional sponsorships and create broader strategic value for Enhanced and the Games.
Build long-term relationships with sponsors and strategic partners.
Partner closely with the COO, CEO, Finance, and other teams on commercial strategy, deal structure, forecasting, and execution.
Build the processes, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and internal infrastructure needed to make sponsorship sales a repeatable function.
Help develop the broader commercial strategy and partnership ecosystem around the Enhanced Games.

Strategic thinking with the ability to turn individual sponsorships into larger, long-term partnerships.
Comfortable operating in a lean, entrepreneurial environment where you'll own the function and move quickly.
