What You Will Own:
Full oversight of slot operations including daily performance, machine optimization, floor configuration, and game mix to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
Pre-opening floor strategy including machine moves, denomination adjustments, game acquisitions, and new technology integration such as cashless systems, progressive jackpots, and digital enhancements
Slot performance analytics and data driven recommendations for continuous improvement
Vendor relationships, product evaluation, and coordination of purchases, repairs, maintenance, and installations in compliance with regulatory standards
All hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and development within the department
