Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Lead facilities and workplace operations across multiple office locations.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery.
• Develop and oversee departmental budgets, procurement, and operational reporting.
• Direct mailroom, copy center, office services, reception, and workplace hospitality functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, ADA, emergency preparedness, and business continuity requirements.
• Oversee building access, parking programs, and facilities-related technology platforms.
• Partner with Office Administrators to maintain consistent service standards across all locations.
• Lead workplace improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement facilities policies, standards, and best practices.
• Manage capital improvement projects and oversee space planning, office expansion, relocation, and build-out activities.
• Evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, service levels, and cost management.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on workplace strategy, employee experience, and long-term facilities planning.
• Support sustainability, asset management, and preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead, mentor, and support facilities and office operations teams to promote a high level of service and accountability.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Experience leading multi-site facilities, workplace services, or operations functions.
