Thissenior individual-contributor role is focused entirely on new clientacquisition within the professional staffing industry. The idealcandidate is a true hunter with a strong network, able to open doorswith mid-market and enterprise clients and drive significant revenuegrowth. This is not a people-management role.
Key Responsibilities- Prospectand acquire new mid-market and enterprise clients inprofessional staffing.
- Managethe full sales cycle from outreach through contract executionand onboarding.
- Developand execute a strategic business-development plan focused onrevenue growth.
- Navigatecomplex sales cycles and influence decision-makers across TA,Procurement, HR, and Operations.
- Leveragean established staffing industry network to accelerate opportunities.
- Buildstrong relationships with prospects, clients, and industry partners.
- Identifyopportunities to expand direct-hire and contingent staffing solutions.
- Collaboratewith internal fulfillment and account teams to ensure successfulclient launches.
- Attendindustry events and conferences as needed.
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications- 10+years of successful staffing sales or recruiting industryexperience (IT, F&A, Engineering, or other professional verticals).
- Proventrack record of acquiring new mid-market and enterprise clients.
- Demonstratedhistory of meeting or exceeding individual revenue goals.
- Strongrelationships within the staffing and talent ecosystem (TA,Procurement, MSP, CW).
- Experiencemanaging complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Stronghunter mentality and ability to independently generate new business.
- Entrepreneurialmindset with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor'sdegree required.
- Abilityto travel 2-3 times per year.
- Mustreside in the United States.
- Candidateswith primarily healthcare or light-industrial staffingbackgrounds will not be considered.
