Responsibilities- Identify, engage, and build lasting relationships with real estate agents in our markets
- Lead recruiting conversations and convert great candidates into signed partners
- Nurture relationships with co-brokers and industry partners, and help host recruiting events
- Strengthen relationships with our current partners and drive internal referrals
- Track your pipeline and numbers so results are predictable, not accidental
QualificationsLicenses and certifications
- Active real estate New Mexico license. Required
- Sales, recruiting, or leadership training (a plus). Formal training in consultative selling, coaching, or talent acquisition helps you run structured conversations and handle objections with confidence. No specific certification is required.
Industry knowledge
- How real estate brokerages and teams work. You'll be talking with agents from many companies, so you should understand commission splits, caps, fees, and the trade-offs between brokerages, teams, and going independent.
- The economics of an agent's business. Understanding GCI versus net income, business expenses, and how database size and conversation volume turn into transactions lets you show candidates the real math behind their goals.
- Our local market. Familiarity with the Albuquerque real estate community, and the agents and companies in it, helps you open doors faster.
Technical skills
- CRM and pipeline management. You'll manage every relationship in our CRM (Brivity), so comfort with logging activity, setting follow-up tasks, and reading pipeline reports is essential.
- Data and prospecting tools. Experience using agent production data or prospecting platforms to find and research candidates helps you reach the right people with a personalized message.
- Social media and video. Agents often get to know us online first. Comfort creating simple posts, short videos, and responding to messages helps you start conversations at scale.
- Everyday business tools. Proficiency with Google Workspace, calendar scheduling, and video meetings keeps your follow-up fast and organized.
