Director of RetailKalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a
Director of Retail. In this role, you'll manage all retail operations throughout the resort, including year-round outlets such as Marrakesh Market, Indigo Swimwear & Accessories, and Kalahari Outpost. You'll operate in a "for-profit" environment, seek pop-up opportunities throughout the resort, and ensure guest service exceeds expectations. You'll also monitor inventory levels, manage budgets, and meet monthly sales goals while fostering a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee all retail operations across the resort, ensuring profitable performance, brand consistency, and exceptional guest service.
- Lead, coach, and develop retail associates to foster a positive, high-performing team culture.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and financial performance, including forecasting, purchasing, and meeting sales targets.
- Identify and implement merchandising strategies and pop-up retail opportunities that enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Develop and enforce operational standards and procedures to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a consistently high-quality retail environment.
What We're Looking For- We do require that you have a minimum of four years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
- At least 1-2 years of management experience in a hotel, resort or retail environment is required.
