Director of Rehabilitation - SNF (COTA / PT / OT) Location: Petaluma, CA Salary: COTA $104,000 - $115,000 annually PT/OT $135,000 annually Employment Type: Permanent Flexible Start Date
Blue United Sourcing is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee a therapy department at a skilled nursing facility in Petaluma. Whether your background is as a COTA, PT, or OT, you'll be leading a dedicated team, supporting professional growth, and ensuring high-quality rehab services for residents.
What You'll Do:
Lead the daily operations of the rehab department with hands-on guidance and mentorship
Support, coach, and develop therapy staff to foster a positive, high-performing culture
Ensure resident care meets clinical standards and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Identify opportunities to grow and improve rehab programs
What We're Looking For:
