How you'll contribute
A Director of Rehabilitation Services who excels in this role is responsible for the overall administration, planning, development, and financial operations of the rehabilitation program, ensuring quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards. The Director manages the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy staff plus Athletic Trainers for the hospital, two clinics and three high schools.
Additional responsibilities include:
Oversees the operations of the outpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
Develops and manages departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
Supervises and develops staff; provides ongoing training and support.
Analyzes performance metrics and implements quality improvement initiatives.
Represents the rehab program in internal and external meetings.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist, plus a minimum of three years of rehab leadership or administration experience. Demonstrated leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are required.
