This opportunity is open to licensed Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists who enjoy developing clinicians and keeping a skilled nursing rehab department running smoothly.
What You'll Do- Lead daily PT, OT, and SLP services, including staffing, scheduling, and caseload coordination
- Mentor clinicians, provide feedback, and support staff development
- Monitor documentation, clinical outcomes, and department performance
- Partner with nursing and facility leadership to address resident care needs
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and applicable therapy regulations

Qualifications- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license required
