Formal radiological training completion from an approved school.
Registered by ARRT and licensed in Florida.
Previous director or equivalent leadership experience required.
Knowledge of State regulatory requirements and radioactive material licensing.
Certification in at least one imaging modality, preferably in Radiology.
Strong communication, interpersonal, basic computer, and customer service skills.
Responsibilities
Oversee and direct Diagnostic Radiology and various imaging departments.
Ensure economic growth and fiscal responsibility within clinical and non-clinical operations.
Collaborate with SMG members to develop and implement standards of care.
Participate in community, hospital, and medical committees.
Foster collaborative relationships among medical staff, volunteers, and departments.
Exemplify service excellence at all times and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Overview:
Responsible for the oversight and direction of Diagnostic Radiology, CT Department, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, Special Procedures, Radiation Therapy and MRI to include the Freestanding Emergency Department. Demonstrates 24 hour responsibility for personnel and operations.
General Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include the planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and evaluating of economic growth, fiscal responsibility and the quality of the business related scope whether clinical or non clinical
The Leader collaborates with the SMG member in developing, setting, implementing, monitoring and evaluating standards of care and practice
Participates on assigned community, hospital and medical committees.
