Health - City contributes up to the highest cost of the CalPERS HMO plan for employee and dependents. City paid dental and vision benefits for employee and dependents.
Retirement -The City is a member of the Orange County Employee Retirement System (OCERS) which is reciprocal with CalPERS. Current and reciprocal members participate in a 2.0%@57 benefit formula. New members participate in a 2.5%@67 benefit formula.
The City does not participate in Social Security.
City paid short and long term disability.
City paid life insurance.
Executive Employees receive a monthly automobile allowance of $350.
