The Director of Product & Technology leads the end-to-end build and ongoing evolution of the digital platform for ACCC's subsidiary. This is a hands-on, builder role: the Director is accountable for the technical architecture, UI/UX, API integrations, infrastructure, and AI-based data solutions that bring the platform to life, while also setting the strategic technology roadmap needed to support the subsidiary's growth and scale.
This role owns the platform roadmap and provides leadership across the full build lifecycle - from architecture and vendor selection through design, development, integration, testing, launch, and continuous improvement. The Director acts as the subsidiary's hands-on technology lead: scouting and managing IT partners and consultants, coordinating UI/UX and website development, and translating the subsidiary's business and growth needs into well-built, scalable, and measurable technology solutions.
Operating within the subsidiary's build phase, the Director owns the Product & Technology function and is responsible for establishing clear priorities, build milestones, scorecard measures, operating rhythms, and team or vendor accountabilities.
