  • Partner closely with Engineering and infrastructure leadership to understand cloud usage, commitments and growth requirements and identify opportunities to optimize commercial structures and reduce unit costs.
  • Collaborate with Disney procurement, technology and sourcing teams to identify opportunities to leverage enterprise scale, existing agreements and preferred vendor relationships to improve Fubo's commercial terms.
  • Identify, quantify and execute cost-saving opportunities while balancing business requirements, technology performance and operational risk.
  • Manage competitive sourcing processes, including RFIs, RFPs and vendor evaluations, and provide structured commercial comparisons and recommendations to business stakeholders.
  • Partner with Legal to negotiate contractual and commercial provisions, including pricing, renewal terms, termination rights, service levels, liability, data protection and other key business terms.
  • Establish a structured contract and renewal management process to provide sufficient lead time for negotiations and reduce automatic renewals, unfavorable commitments and unnecessary spend.
  • Build greater visibility into technology spend, vendor concentration, contractual commitments and upcoming renewals.
  • Develop and maintain procurement reporting and KPIs, including realized savings, cost avoidance, spend under management, renewal pipeline, contract cycle times and vendor performance.
  • Partner with Finance and FP&A on budgeting, forecasting and tracking procurement savings and contractual commitments.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and commercial analysis to ensure Fubo's vendor economics remain competitive.
  • Support vendor consolidation and rationalization initiatives, identifying opportunities to eliminate redundant tools and services across the organization.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with strategic technology vendors and serve as a senior commercial point of contact for key supplier relationships.
  • Support vendor risk management and performance reviews in partnership with Technology, Information Security, Legal and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop procurement best practices and educate business partners on effective sourcing, negotiation and vendor management.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, vendor management or a related function, with significant experience sourcing technology products and services.
  • Demonstrated experience negotiating complex, high-value technology agreements, including cloud infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Strong knowledge of technology procurement categories such as SaaS, software licensing, cloud infrastructure, data services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, developer tools and professional services.
