Full Job Description
Eckerd College is currently seeking candidates for the position of Director of Practitioner Engagement. This opportunity entails joining our dynamic Executive and Continuing Education team, situated at our waterfront property along the picturesque Boca Ciega Bay in St. Petersburg, Florida. In this role, you will build strong connections with practitioners and help them get the most value from LDI's full portfolio of programs, products and services.

As the Director of Practitioner Engagement, you will manage the Client Relations Specialist and collaborate across the division's leadership and faculty to support institutional growth and ensure comprehensive support for practitioners throughout their engagement with LDI.

The role requires the incumbent to possess strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage cross-divisional projects. Knowledge of and skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications is important to success in the position. The Coordinator must be proficient in project management, specifically regarding digital portals or platforms. The ideal candidate has the ability to manage simultaneous tasks and projects and meet deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.

The MTI and EMP are divisions within Eckerd College's Leadership Development Institute (LDI), which is a network associate of the Center for Creative Leadership and offers internationally acclaimed leadership programs to thousands of local, national and international clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Builds and facilitates an active, collaborative practitioner community by organizing networking events, moderating user forums and coordinating peer-sharing initiatives.
  • Cultivates relationships with existing practitioners and promotes post-certification use of assessments and resources through ongoing outreach, engagement and support.
  • Directs post-certification learning opportunities by guiding the strategy, design and delivery of continuing education and value-add training resources.
  • Evaluates practitioner engagement, usage trends and practitioner feedback to measure program health, inform resource updates and inform ongoing support strategies.
  • Manages the Client Relations Specialist responsible for program administration, program resource materials, and the self-service portal support.
  • Oversees accreditation compliance.
  • Collaboratively sets pricing for practitioner products, resources and programming.
  • Ensures all practitioner communications, resources and engagement initiatives maintain the brand standards and messaging connected to LDI.
  • Prepares enrollment, participation and trend data to support reporting, planning and decision-making.
