Role : Director of Operations - NYC
Compensation & Benefits - Salary: $100-110K/year
- Bonus potential up to 15-20% of base salary

Duties & ResponsibilitiesWe offer delicious, high-quality seafood that our guests love. To make that happen youll be :
- Overseeing a region of 7+ units across the country and traveling up to 50% of the time
- Building, leading and developing a skilled and dynamic management team for your region with a focus on diversity and inclusion
- Focusing on your teams personal career goals, identifying opportunities and addressing them
- Utilizing your deep financial acumen to analyze your regions results and discover opportunities in all financial categories
- Working as part of a close-knit Operations department based in NYC
- Leading by example to create a best in class guest experience by actively working alongside your teams on the line when visiting your locations
- Championing the companys core values of Taste, Transparency and Purpose and helping achieve our goal of becoming the worlds most respected seafood brand
- Analyzing sales and controlling expenses, payroll and inventory
- Working directly with all departments, including Finance, Marketing, People + Culture, our processing facility and more
