Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience with client interaction
• Experience in campus catering and large-scale event execution
• Knowledge of union and labor relations
• Strong operations background in school lunch and multi-unit functions
• Proven success in team management and development
• Financial proficiency in budgeting and result interpretation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead outstanding guest experiences and culinary operations
• Plan and delegate responsibilities for consistent operational excellence
• Assist in budget preparation and maintain cost controls
• Oversee ordering, receiving, and accounting of food products and supplies
• Manage the hiring, training, and scheduling of team members to reduce turnover
• Create and lead presentations at client meetings
• Foster teamwork and collaboration among staff
