This is not a department manager role. We are looking for a leader who has successfully led leaders, built accountability, improved performance, and created systems that allow organizations to scale.
What You'll Do- Lead and develop managers across Operations, Sales, and Administration.
- Drive accountability through KPIs, scorecards, and performance management.
- Improve operational efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
- Build scalable systems, processes, and leadership teams.
- Solve problems at the root cause and drive long-term improvement.
- Help turn company vision into execution and results.
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience leading multiple departments, branches, or business units.
- Proven success improving operational performance and profitability.
- Strong coaching, accountability, and leadership skills.
- Landscape, construction, field services, facility services, or similar industry experience preferred.
The Ideal Candidate Has- Led teams of 50+ employees.
