What You'll BringWe're looking for a proven leader who embodies our mission of Making Lives Better and possesses:
- Current Texas RN licensure in good standing.
- Minimum of two (2) years of Director of Nursing experience within a skilled nursing facility.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements, survey readiness, quality measures, and CMS Five-Star initiatives.
- Demonstrated success improving clinical outcomes, managing quality assurance processes, and driving operational excellence.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop nursing teams.
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with a strong commitment to resident-centered care.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interdisciplinary team leadership abilities.
Key Leadership Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinical team focused on quality outcomes and resident satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company regulations and standards.
- Champion clinical excellence through education, performance management, and best-practice implementation.
- Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary team to achieve strategic, operational, and quality goals.
- Promote an environment where residents receive exceptional care and team members feel valued, supported, and empowered.
