PruittHealth is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our Nursing Services Department within our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This nursing leadership role oversees clinical operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and quality resident care in a post-acute care and long-term care setting.
Responsibilitie
• Direct the overall operation of the Nursing Services Department
• Lead clinical operations and drive quality outcomes throughout the healthcare center
• Develop, mentor, and support nursing staff while promoting nursing leadership excellence
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company regulation
• Foster a culture of compassion, professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional resident care
Qualifications:
Qualification
• Active, current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Previous nursing leadership, nursing management, or healthcare leadership experience preferred
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, post-acute care, or long-term care preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical leadership skills
