multi-million-dollar renovation and transformation of the facility, while building a strong clinical team and helping shape the future of Muskego Health & Rehab.
What You'll DoAs Director of Nursing, you will oversee the overall delivery of nursing services while developing and supporting a strong clinical team.
- Lead and oversee all nursing operations within the facility
- Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain nursing leadership and frontline staff
- Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and resident-centered care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Oversee clinical systems, policies, procedures, and standards of care
- Monitor quality measures and clinical outcomes and implement improvement initiatives
- Partner closely with the Administrator and interdisciplinary leadership team
- Prepare for and successfully manage surveys and regulatory visits
- Manage staffing and nursing resources while maintaining high standards of care
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and team members
What We're Looking For- Current Wisconsin RN license
- Previous nursing leadership experience
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop nursing teams
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A hands-on leadership style and willingness to be visible throughout the facility
