Full Job Description
We are currently hiring an experienced RN Director of Nursing to organize and oversee all nursing operations of the facility. You will create a collaborative and efficient workplace with attention to quality standards and policies. There, all personnel will be able to do their best in caring for patients.
The ideal candidate is a hard-working and compassionate Registered Nurse who steadily developed their managerial and administrative skills over the years.
Responsibilities

Guide staffing procedures

Organize and coordinate admission, nursing and patient care procedures

Requirements
Proven experience as Director of Nursing
