SUMMARYThe Director of Nursing is responsible for the daily medical/clinical operation of the facility in collaboration with the Medical Director. This is an administrative leadership role supervising nursing and technician staff while ensuring compliance with regulatory and patient care standards.
AGE/PATIENT POPULATION(S) SERVEDAdult (18 & older)
Individuals with substance use disorders with or without co-occurring psychiatric conditions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee daily clinical operations with Medical Director
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in data reporting and planning
- Assist with workflow and administrative processes
- Support hiring and training
- Manage staffing schedules
- Ensure adherence to healthcare protocols
- Provide patient care when needed
- Handle incidents and medication errors
- Maintain confidentiality standards
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Oversee infection control
- Manage testing and compliance programs
- Ensure staff training and competency
- Maintain safe medication systems
- Perform additional duties as needed
