Job Responsibilities include:
- Supervising charge nurses and all clinical staff
- Ensuring that clinical systems and programs are functioning successfully
- Overseeing the care of residents and maintaining quality of life
- Assisting with compliance per state and federal regulations
Job Requirements:
- Must have a current, unrestricted RN license in the state of Oklahoma
- 5+ years of skilled nursing facility/long-term care experience with a clear understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance
- Must have demonstrated the ability to maintain strong employee relationships and excellent leadership skills
- ADON is experience is preferred
- BSN Preffered
