Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the practicing state
Associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing school preferred
Two years of experience in a nurse supervisory role required
Prior experience in a long-term care (LTC), skilled nursing facility (SNF), assisted living (AL), or memory care (MC) setting
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Responsibilities
Administer and manage Nursing Services to residents in accordance with physician orders
Supervise Nursing Services 24/7 to ensure quality standards of care
Direct the Nursing Department's operations
Assume responsibility for center operations in the absence of the Administrator

What Will You Do in This Role?
As a Director of Nursing | DON | RN, you will be responsible for the administration and management of Nursing Services to residents in accordance with orders of the physicians and the total needs of the residents. You will also be responsible for 24-hour supervision of Nursing Services and directing the Nursing Department to maintain quality standards of care. In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume responsibility for center operations.
