Responsibilities:- Provide overall direction and management of the nursing department, including staff development, recruitment, and retention
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, corporate policies, and industry best practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and reduce readmissions

Requirements:- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent preferred
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania

- Proven track record of driving clinical excellence, improving patient satisfaction, and reducing readmissions
