Director of Nursing (DON) - Home Health
Lead with purpose and make a direct impact on patient care, clinical quality, and branch success.
We're looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll oversee all clinical operations for the branch - ensuring quality care, compliance, strong documentation, and a positive team environment.
What You'll Do
Oversee all clinical operations, patient care, and case management activities
Supervise clinical staff and manage day-to-day office, clinical, and field operations
Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and state/federal regulations
Monitor workloads, delegate responsibilities, and support quality patient outcomes
Lead branch performance with a focus on quality care, growth, documentation, and financial success
Support and mentor clinical staff while fostering a positive team culture
What You Bring
Active RN license in applicable state
Associate degree in Nursing or higher
At least 1 year of Home Health nursing experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
