We're looking for a strong clinical leader who is passionate about patient care, team development, and operational excellence. In this role, you'll oversee all clinical operations for the branch - ensuring quality care, compliance, strong documentation, and a positive team environment.
What You'll Do- Oversee all clinical operations, patient care, and case management activities
- Supervise clinical staff and manage day-to-day office, clinical, and field operations
- Ensure compliance with agency policies, HIPAA, Medicare guidelines, and state/federal regulations
- Monitor workloads, delegate responsibilities, and support quality patient outcomes
- Lead branch performance with a focus on quality care, growth, documentation, and financial success
- Support and mentor clinical staff while fostering a positive team culture
What You Bring- Active RN license in applicable state
- Associate degree in Nursing or higher
- At least 1 year of Home Health nursing experience
- Leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical judgment skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
